Deployment limit

I am interested, can I somehow limit created deployment to a role? What I need? I have group of people (role assigned is L1 support) and I want they are able only to deploy selected deployment to only some asset group. So, for example - users in L1 support are able to install software 1 to laptops asset group. Can that be done somehow? TNX for ideas
