hi there,
yesterday we updated our LanSweeper to v5.1, since then WOL doesn't work anymore. In the old version there was a button on the summary-page next to the network card which did the job perfectly. Since the button moved into the asset action menu nothing happens. has there anything special changed? With other tools WOL does work on tested computers.

thx for help!
Greets,
frank

WOL requests are now sent from the Lansweeper server to the clients.
Please check to make sure that your lansweeper server isn't blocking the traffic.

Do you use any special wol application or the default wol.exe?

We are still using a Server 2003 for the LanSweeper, firewall isn't blocking anything. Our machines are in different ip-ranges in different locations, but all in the same subnet. i think this might be the problem now.
How was the WOL done before the update?

This is the source code for my "Wake On Lan" link on the main page. Doesn't look right to me. Is it?
