Hello All,
My team and I went through and audited all of our AD user and computer objects with missing company, location, office and etc information and would like to know how to force (if that's possible) LS to re-scan the objects.
I've tried stopping and starting the LS service on the server to no avail.

The AD computer fields are cached for 21 hours in the service, could this explain your problem?

I did try this but by Figures haven't updated. I know for a fact that I have updated the 'Company' field in AD for over 100 user/computer objects but that after the scan the original figure remains.
Any other ideas? Is there a reason why it hasn't yet updated to reflect the changes made in AD?
