Dear community users, customers, partners, trialists and freeware users of Lansweeper,

First of all, thank you for being part of Lansweeper’s journey. Many of you have been with us for years, and your feedback, questions, and contributions have helped shape our product and this community.

Over the past years, we have continued to invest in our Community, Forums, Knowledge Center, and Academy as the central hub for tens of thousands of Lansweeper users to learn, find answers, and connect with each other.

2026 won't be any different. Therefore, starting 2 March 2026, we are launching a project to deliver an improved Community and Support environment that better integrates Support, Knowledge, Community resources & the Lansweeper product into a single, more scalable experience. Our goal is straightforward: improve the experience while ensuring uninterrupted access to Support.

What’s changing

Phase 1 - starting 2 March 2026

  • New Support Portal goes live: support.lansweeper.com

  • Knowledge Center articles migrate to an improved platform: docs.lansweeper.com

  • New Community Landing Page goes live, linking to Support, Knowledge, Academy/LMS, and access to historical forum content

Phase 2 - June 2026 (approx.)

  • New Community Forum implementation: a centralised platform that facilitates better AI capabilities.

  • Migration of community users and content, including historic posts, comments, badges, and user accounts

 

Why are we making these changes

  • A more centralised experience across Support, documentation, community, learning resources, and our product.

  • Upgraded underlying platforms to improve scalability and lay a stronger foundation for continued improvements.

  • Improved AI opportunities to help users faster on common questions, while ensuring Lansweeper colleagues can step in quickly when human support is needed.

 

What’s the impact

Support Portal

  • The Support Portal moves to a new platform, but you can create and track cases as usual via support.lansweeper.com

Knowledge Center

Community Forum (temporary change)

To enable the migration and upgrades, the forum will be temporarily read-only:

  • Historic posts remain viewable

  • Posting and commenting will be temporarily paused

  • Full interaction returns once Phase 2 launches and the new forum is live

To ensure peer-to-peer community communication remains possible during this period, we have a dedicated Reddit space available, which we will continue to actively monitor:

In the coming months, we will keep you informed throughout the project and share updates as each phase progresses. We recognise that parts of this transition may be inconvenient, and we appreciate your patience as we modernise the Lansweeper ecosystem and unify these platforms into a more seamless experience.
