System: Detected an unauthorized user attempting to access the SNMP interface from 10.64.X.X

Lansweeper: v.5145

In Lansweeper, SNMP Community Credential has set.
e.g. Name: SNMP-Test
Community: ABCDE

In APC, SNMPv1 is enabled.

Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance

This error indicates that a valid SNMP credential is no longer mapped to the device’s IP address or IP range. Please:

• Verify what the device’s correct SNMP credential is by running the following tool on your Lansweeper server, submitting SNMP credentials and connecting to the device’s IP address: http://download.lansweeper.com/tools50/DeviceTester.exe
• Verify which SNMP credentials you’ve created in the Lansweeper web console under Configuration/Scanning Setup/Scanning Credentials. You can create additional credentials by hitting the Add New Credential button.
• Verify whether your SNMP credentials are correctly mapped. You need to map your credentials so Lansweeper knows when to use them. The Global SNMP credential listed under Configuration/Scanning Setup/Scanning Credentials will be tried for all SNMP enabled devices, but all other SNMP credentials must be mapped to either:
o An IP address, by hitting the Map Credential To One IP Address button, under Configuration/Scanning Setup/Scanning Credentials.
o An IP range, by hitting the green + button next to a range in the IP Address Range Scanning section of Configuration/Scanning Setup/Scanning Methods.
• Rescan your problem devices by clicking the Assets link at the top of the web console, ticking the checkboxes in front of the devices and hitting the Rescan button on the left.

You shouldn't need to set the order. If one SNMP credential fails, the next one will be tried. The easiest way to avoid the "errors" you are seeing in your UPS would be to allow all traffic from your Lansweeper server.

Dear sir
Thanks for your advise.
It works fine if using "Rescan" button.
In the "Scan Method", there is multiple SNMP Credentials on the IP range scanning which that APC equipment is on. Is there a way to set the order of SNMP Credential to be used first?

You can contact support@lansweeper.com. Could you provide us with:
• Program Files (x86)\Lansweeper\Service\Errorlog.txt, as present on your Lansweeper server.
• Screenshots of the asset's webpage. Show us the following tabs: Summary, Errors (if it exists).
• Screenshot of a connection test performed to the IP address of UPS using DeviceTester.exe: http://download.lansweeper.com/tools50/DeviceTester.exe
Perform the test on your Lansweeper server and show us the entire test window
