Hello guys,

I've been having a problem with searching for installed software on our company's devices for a few days now. For example, when I search for Google Chrome in "Software", only one asset appears as shown in the first screenshot. However, we have installed Google Chrome on at least twenty devices. If I now select one of these devices, as shown in the second screenshot, I can see that Google Chrome has been installed, although this asset was not previously displayed in my search. Please help me. Thank you very much for your support.

hi @JonathanKreis it is better to open a ticket with the Support team https://www.lansweeper.com/contact/contact-support/ to troubleshoot this issue, most probably they will need to have a look to the server logs

That's right. But if I search for google chrome in Software, it shows me just one machine with google chrome, despite different version numbers. I haven't such a list which you sent to me with your screenshot
