Hi,
Running Lansweeper version 6.0.130.48 we seem to be encountering a bug when warranty checking HP assets. The example below shows an asset warranty that when checked manually has a start date of October 21 2016 but Lansweeper is reporting this as October 26 2011.
This asset does not appear on the warranty status error report but when looking at it on the Asset: Warranty Status report, I see multiple entries, one of which is the wrong date outlined above.
This is happening on the majority of our HP assets, can anyone advise?

We've made several updates to our warranty scanning code recently to account for changes HP made to its warranty website. If you haven't already, could you go through the Lansweeper update and other troubleshooting steps in this knowledge base article and see if the issue persists.
Additionally, you can find more information about Lansweeper warranty scanning here.
