Hello,

We can't add a new KB article to our freshly upgraded LS.

When submitting, we just see the hourglass (circle) running. We try with several browsers including 32-bit and 64-bit.

What we are missing ?

It might be best to send a mail to support@lansweeper.com for this one. Make sure you include the following file: Program Files (x86)\Lansweeper\Website\App_Data\web_errorlog.txt. Also check whether the following directory exists and isn't empty: Program Files (x86)\Lansweeper\Website\App_Data\kbs_index.
