Knowledgebase Tags

This would be helpful to be able to create tags for articles.  Trying to move some IT notes and being unable to search is a time waster.

Hi @fbg ,

Unfortunately, there is indeed no tag system for KB articles yet. It does have a category system but those are probably the ones you want to move toward. I've logged a feature request for a tag system for you.

Alternatively if you have access to the database you could do your bulk updates in the htblknowledgebase table as it holds all KB articles you created.

mercedes this question is for the product itself.  For example, I may have over 100 articles under IT Solutions being able to filter would make finding easier,
