Is there a way using Lansweeper to uncheck IPv6 with deploying packages or anything.
We have over 500 machines and do not want to have to go to each one to do this.

Anything you can do in Command Prompt you can generally do with a deployment package as well, including making changes to the client machine's registry. We cannot provide support for creating specific deployment packages, but this article on the Microsoft website points to some registry keys you can use to enable/disable IPv6. You can set up a deployment package to create or alter the specified keys. General instructions for creating and running deployment packages can be found in this section of our knowledge base.
