Is it possible to change the location where Lansweeper saves KBfiles and helpdesk ticket attachments from the default "C:\Program Files (x86)\Lansweeper\Website\helpdesk\files" to another directory? I would prefer to not have these files reside on and consuming space on the system drive.

You can't change the folder attachments are saved in. However, your attachments will always be saved with your primary scanning server.

If needed, you can split you Lansweeper components over different servers or install the Lansweeper on a different drive.
