Change Telnet Basic Action to use Putty like the SSH Basic Action

Since Putty is vastly superior to the telnet client on Windows I would like to see the telnet action command invoked by putty instead of the windows client.

I'm not sure whether development will change the action by default in new installations, but you can manually modify any built-in actions in the Configuration\Asset Pages section of the web console, as well as add your own actions.
