Engaged Sweeper
We have to setup new helpdesk from lansweeper for our users, kindly help how to do that and from where to start like, Priority, email notification, email templates, request priority, categories for all types, notification templates, engineers to all types of requests and user side self service portals.

I personally can't assist as we don't use the Help Desk feature, as we needed an ITIL compliant toolset.

I had a look through https://www.lansweeper.com/knowledgebase/introduction-to-the-help-desk/ and it goes through a lot of the features etc, it shouldn't be too hard to configure from there.

What you are wanting is basically is a fee for service, wanting someone to do the work, setup etc. I don't think there is anyone here that actually has the time to set up your environment for you as a lot of it comes down to your personal preferences as well.

Best bet would be to read through the guides and if you get stuck ready out to Lansweeper Support via email.

It is too confusing, could you let me know from where to start setting up the environment so after that I would do it easily, like I want to setup from scratch. At least tell me the ways to proceed it, further I will manage it afterwards.
