I would like to know if someone can advise me. We have lansweeper installed on our corporate network, it works perfectly, but we have decommissioned some machines, but it is still showing them up in the OS: Not latest service Report, is there a way we can have these machines not appear there, but not delete them from the database, as we still need this for reporting to auditors
? Maybe if there is a way to move it to a different group called "Decommissioned" and then create a report on all those machines?

If you make the state of this assets non active then these assets will not be included any more the report.
You can change the state of an asset if you go to the asset page and click on edit. Now a page will open up where you can edit the data of the asset. Here you just have to change the state to non-active. If you now will run the report the asset will not be included any more in the output.
