Engaged Sweeper
I have the free (less than 100 assets) version running and collection is working fine. For Windows assets, it displays the default gateway for each NIC. But for Linux hosts, it does not. How can a LANSweeper newby get it to display the Linux server default gateway?
Windows hosts also display the DNS server list. Linux hosts do not. Is that data available?
I am currently running the latest version of LANSweeper (6.0.0.51).
Thanks,
Jon

This information is scanned for Windows out of WMI, Windows Management Instrumentation, a management framework built into Windows operating systems. WMI is a treasure trove of information and allows us to display this extra data. Unfortunately, using the methods for retrieval of data currently from Linux, the information you're looking for is not returned.

Currently, all information scanned about network interfaces for Linux devices is listed under Config\Network already, and cannot be added to unfortunately.
