Is there a setting that can be used that will cause all new tickets (via email, client portal, or agent initiated) to be marked as personal so the personal details will be included?

Bump! This would be very helpful. We want to always include the agent's name in outgoing mails. This is an old topic, but I haven't been able to find a setting for this. Is it implemented?
