Hello,

I have rently disconnected our Lansweeper Site from our on-prem scanning server with the intention of moving to the cloud only Lansweeper Site. I have correctly setup Lansweeper IT Agent Discovery and I can see scanning targets in Lansweeper Sites.

However, when following the instructions here Configure IT Agent Discovery - Lansweeper Community to create a new IT agent discovery action, I can only see the default one, and no option to add an additional action.

Why might this be, please?

You should be to add new IT agent using the option on the menu.  If this option is not available, we would recommend putting in a support ticket so that we may investigate.
