Hi,
I am in the process of finalizing my helpdesk configuration and I have one more thing I would like to be able to do.
I would like to know if I am able to disable any email going to a specific email address?
Example:
We have support for some software we use with an external company who also have a helpdesk system (helpdesk@external.com).
I would like our users to be able to email their helpdesk but also CC in my install of lansweeper (helpdesk@my.com).
Testing this earlier and it seems when a user CC's helpdesk@my.com in with an email going to helpdesk@external.com, they also receive our ticket updates.
I would like to block any email going to the helpdesk@external.com from lansweeper.
I hope this makes sense in what I want to achieve here.
