I have a custom report that scans my network printers and generate a list that reports devices that are "offline". I've setup email successfully to email the reports. However, I want to automate this process. Is it possible for this report to generate and send automatically when findings are found, rather than setting up a scheduled email for this?
Basically, I don't want to spam the email address with "alerts" that show there's no offline printers.
Email alerts are only sent when the attached report has an output available. It's not clear to me which filters you're using, but if you set up the report to only output printers which are "offline" every email you receive should be relevant.
