Engaged Sweeper II

Is Lansweeper considering an integration to ManageEngine Endpoint Central? This would close some gaps and deliver faster updates to assets for companies that use Endpoint Central tools. It could potentially open doors for more detailed information in Lansweeper also.

ManageEngine is indeed in our backlog list of potential new integrations. I would love to hear more about how you would envision this integration. Which use cases do you have in mind when you think about an integration between Lansweeper and ManageEngine Endpoint Central?

On the other hand, we do have a Flow builder connector with ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus, so you can execute actions such as getting or creating assets/requests/problems in ServiceDesk Plus. I know it's a different product, but I'm not sure if you might be interested. The documentation is here: https://flowbuilder-lansweeper.document360.io/docs/servicedesk-plus?highlight=manage.

You can also use some of the generic connectors in Flow builder, such as the HTTP connector, to connect to the ManageEngine Endpoint Central API.

Thank you Vicente_SC. There are several use cases we have in mind. The ability to import data/fields from Endpoint Central to custom fields in Lansweeper is the feature we seek the most. Other features wanted would be creating reports based on Endpoint Central data, as well as importing assets or updating general asset information: Bit Locker encryption status, Patches and CVE status, Drivers, Software, & Hardware updates, etc.

We utilize Lansweeper as our "Report Hub" and getting the most accurate data is vital to business infrastructure. If the two tools could 'marry' the data into Lansweeper, we would have more accurate data to work from -rather than comparing data in two different tools.

I am very interested in the Flow builder and will give it more review. Thank you.
