Hi,
Previously we could see event log information for laptops. We just use the LSAgent and most laptops would use cloud relay
Now we don't seem to get this information. We just get "No event log information scanned"
Is there something basic I'm missing.

What version of LSAgent are you using? Is there a laptop in question that you can scan from a scan server to see if event logs are scanned? I think we misunderstood 'information' as 'informational' event types.

Scanning event log information using LsAgent is limited to error events only. LsAgent does not support scanning for informational events or other non-error event types. To scan non-error events, you should use agentless scans. You can find more information in this article:
