When I assign an agent to a ticket, I get the email notification.

So I'm agent 1, and when I assign agent 2, who has an email address and everything. I get an email saying "Hi Agent 2, you've been assigned ticket ###".

I want it so when I assign an agent, they get that message. Agent 2 should be recieving that email, not me.

The is a known problem and will be fixed in our next beta (6.0.0.10) which will most likely be released next week.

Just to confirm: if you are on our list of beta testers, you will be notified via email as soon as a new beta becomes available.
