Hi, currently evaluating the new helpdesk functionality and it looks promising. For users using the web interface, is it possible to hide the "source" field shown on the web interface during new ticket initialization?
Current testing shows that users have no idea on what to do with this field...
In the Ticket Types section of Configuration\Ticket Content, set "Extra New Ticket Options" to "Not Visible" or "Only For Agents" to hide the ticket source and some other options for end users. You can configure this per ticket type.
