I am looking for a way to send automatically a feedback questionary after the agent close the ticket;
Is that possible ?

You can set up outgoing email templates under Configuration\E-mail Settings to automatically send users an email when their ticket is closed. There is no built-in functionality at the moment to include a questionnaire or survey - this feature is on our customer wish list - but you could link to an external survey system for now.
