User information is scanned from Active Directory. Under
Configuration\Server options, section
User Cleanup options, enable "Refresh Active Directory user details (Department, telephone,... ) in the Lansweeper database" in order to regularly refresh user data from Active Directory. There is no function to change these values directly on the web console. They have to be changed in Active Directory.
