best I can suggest is to raise the feature request with Manage Engine, they were responsible for the build of this integration with Lansweeper, and with your feedback they may be able to prioritise an addtional integration to the on prem version of Service Desk. If they are then for the Lansweeper side of the integration, you must be syncing with Lansweeper sites to use the integration.

I was really interested in this until I found out it's only for ServiceDesk Plus in the cloud, so complete let down.
