We do not have an official integration. But this doesn't mean it is not possible.
I'm not familiar with SIEM ArcSight, but from a Lansweeper perspective you can export all the data Lansweeper has through reporting or you can even connect other software directly to the database.
Maybe other users have more experience with this. I would also ask ArcSight what options you have to import data.
