I'm attempting to utilize LANSweeper to deploy 3rd party applications and updates. I've followed the KB (https://www.lansweeper.com/knowledgebase/creating-a-deployment-package/) to setup a test deployment package to a single machine. It's not working. I've also ran through several videos to see if I have missed any steps.
I have tried several of the other Installer Packages (the built-in ones such as Kill IE) and none of them work whatsoever. When I check Deployment >> Installer Logs no logs are being generated.
Additional steps that I have taken:
Task scheduler is enabled and started on target machine
Remote Registry is enabled and started on the target machine
LSAgent is installed and running on the target machine
Package .exe file is placed in {packageshare}\Installers\LANSweeper directory in appropriate folder
Setup the asset group w/ the target machine
Checked that deployment threads in Server Options is set to 8
The fact that no log for the deployment is being generated would lead me to believe it's something on the LANSweeper server side? Has anyone seen this before?

Thanks for the reply CyberCitizen. The issue ended up being in my Sophos virus protection software. I have that issue corrected now and and working on setting up package deployments.

I would also check this and make sure you meet the requirements.

On your Lansweeper server, can you please run the Connection Tester (located in C:\Program Files (x86)\Lansweeper\Actions\testconnection.exe).
Attempt to connect to one of the machines your trying to deploy to with the same credentials you are using in LS for the deployment and post the results.
This will allow us to see where it is / might be failing.
