Lansweeper suddenly gives login prompt in Chrome

When I open Lansweeper in Chrome it suddenly gives me a login prompt.
When I open it in IE, it still detect my account automatically.

I'm running Chrome version 46.0.2490.71
I found that Chrome looks at the setting of IE, but since I'm not having this issue in IE I don't know where to look.
I updated Lansweeper to the latest version (5.3.0.24), but that didn't resolve the issue.

Login prompts are caused by your browser, not Lansweeper itself. There's no setting in Lansweeper to disable the prompts. I'm not sure what changed in your environment. Chrome should ordinarily use Internet Explorer's settings, as you indicated, but this forum thread may be relevant. It explains how to explicitly whitelist websites in Chrome. (Try at your own risk. This is untested.)
