Linux/Unix servers missing information

Hello!

I've encountered an issue with Linux and Unix servers where no information is being retrieved, such as OS, manufacturer, MAC address, or model, despite the SSH credentials being correct and not give any SSH error. Could you suggest any solutions for this problem?
