Hello!

I have encountered an issue with Windows 7.

After I install the agent I check the lsagentlog to find why it doesnt work and the message there is this

2018-11-16 13:17:58,089 [7] DEBUG Detected OS: Windows


.NET 4.6.1 and 4.7.2 is installed, the service is running.

Network is protected by Bitdefender Endpoint but some Windows 7(32/64) run the agent just fine.

Can anyone help me with that?

I've seen a few issues with LsAgent, specifically on Windows 7 32-bit. However, the cause of these issue can vary. Because of that I would recommend you contact our support team and provide them with the following files:

  • Program Files (x86)\Lansweeper\Service\Errorlog.txt, as present on your Lansweeper scan server.
  • A screenshot of the 'Scanning\Cloud Relay Configuration' page.
  • Indication if the testing asset is 64bit/32bit
  • Program Files (x86)\LansweeperAgent\LsAgent.ini, as found on the client asset running the agent.
  • Program Files (x86)\LansweeperAgent\LsAgentlog.txt, as found on the client asset running the agent.
  • Program Files (x86)\LansweeperAgent\lsagentconfiguration.xml, as found on the client asset running the agent.
