You can add your own manufacturer support links under Configuration\Asset Pages, but keep in mind that the only thing these links are used for is to turn your asset serials into clickable links, i.e. URLs that link to the warranty page of the corresponding asset.
Manufacturer support links are not used to actually *scan* warranty information. The procedure for scanning warranty details is hard coded into the Lansweeper scanning service and cannot be customized. You cannot tell Lansweeper to pull the warranty details of unsupported vendors. We plan on supporting more vendors in a future update, but we do not have a release date for this unfortunately. Currently supported vendors are: Dell, Fujitsu, HP, IBM, Lenovo, Toshiba.
