We have one product key (volume license) for Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2010 that we have used on all of our computers. Yet when we run a license report it is coming up with two different product keys, one is correct and the other is not.

Lansweeper doesn't actually scan MAK keys, as these are not stored in the client machine's registry. Any keys that are scanned were stored in the client machine's registry at the time of the last (successful) scan.

To ensure that you are looking at up-to-date product key information, please:
- Verify whether you are running the latest Lansweeper version, which is 5.0.0.81. Update instructions can be found on page 165 and beyond of our online documentation: http://www.lansweeper.com/documentation.pdf
- Verify whether your machines have recently and successfully been rescanned. The "last seen" dates listed in the Summary tabs of their Lansweeper webpages should be recent. You can rescan assets by clicking the Assets link at the top of the web console, ticking the checkboxes in front of the assets and hitting the Rescan button on the left.

I just noticed the same thing with a recent install of Windows 8 using a VLA (MAK I believe). The license reported in Lansweeper (5.0) is different from the VLA I used.
