It could be several things:
- The monitor may not have any "info" burnt into its 'chip' or it is in a format that LS cannot recognize
- Let LS scan a few nightly cycles to pick up the information: I've had it take 3-5 days before monitor information showed up
- The asset isn't on the network (or powered on) long enough for LSAgent to properly complete a full cycle scan
I've resorted to creating asset sheets and manually creating the assets to 'link' to in LS so that the data doesn't get lost (or in this case 'not' reported)
