We have Office 365 and we recently added the PowerApps preview to our tenant. Has anyone looked into using PowerApps to created a mobile frontend for the Lansweeper Helpdesk? My focus is having something for my IT staff so they can quickly pull up their tickets, add tickets, or see tickets from a location they may be at.

I have indeed created a PowerApp for Lansweeper. It works fine except I create tickets, etc via Launch() and build the api via a URL. It works but a webpage is opened over the app to create the ticket.

Did you end up creating a custom API to make this work?
