I have been trying to get this up and running. It just keeps failing to connect to 365. I removed MFA from the account that I am using and it still is not working. I also seen in a post that you have to enable basic authentication on the scan server. is this true? If so, why doesn't Lansweeper have this in their setup requirements? They do have a sentence in the setup instructions that states that not all Lansweeper licenses support 365 scanning. But it does not reference anywhere which license is required! UGH. We are using the Professional version 7.2.100.23
Any help would be greatly appreciated! FYI, the creds we are using are Global Admins.

As for the licensing, you need an asset-limited license. If you don't have the feature, then you should also notice this due to the license warnings within Lansweeper.
