Is there a way to get the user permissions to Sharepoint library folders from the Office365-scan?
What I am specifically looking for is a report similar to the "Windows: Shares and their share permissions" report but for the Sharepoint libraries and the Office365 users.
How would I best achieve this?

Not at the moment. If you want to take a look at what Lansweeper does retrieve, best thing you can do is take a look at the database documentation: https://www.lansweeper.com/knowledgebase/accessing-the-lansweeper-database-documentation/
Just search for tables with O365 in the name.

Thank you very much. Perhaps this will get implemented at some point in the future.
