Engaged Sweeper
Good morning (or afternoon!). I'm working with Lansweeper and a trying to get a ticket state to change based on an incoming email to the ticket.

I see under the dispatch options I can have tickets auto-set a state based on email body for new tickets, but I do not see a way to get it working for existing tickets. My end goal is to be able to reply to a ticket email with a phrase like 'all-set' and have autotask see that in the email body and auto-close the ticket for us.

Please let me know if anyone has any ideas on this!
