Is there a way to "pre-load" the uVNC agent? I'm trying to cut down the time it takes to connect to a remote PC and waiting for it to push, load, connect etc. If we deploy uVNC or some other client locally on the machine will it achieve this?

Hi maph

Not sure I follow 100% what you mean. Are you wanting VNC to be available as a deployment? If so, there is thankfully a deployment package that will deploy VNC:-

Then if you have VNC Viewer installed on your own PC, you should be able to directly connect.

But if you're wanting to quickly connect to a PC without having to pre-set up VNC; then while you're in an asset page, towards the bottom left is an option for "Remote control" this will deploy VNC quickly to a target, allow you access, then remove VNC after you close the connection.

IF it's neither of these things, please let us know and we'll try to help.

Best
