Attempting to get our AIX 7.2 based LPARs to be recognized by Lansweeper. Devicetester connects successfully gathering information from an HTTPS scan and an SSH scan, which includes filesystem information. Why aren't my mapped credentials being used?
All attempts to scan the device using Rescan Asset, or scanning the subnet on which it resides, results in scanning errors and the entry DEBUG No credentials were used for server.domain.org.
I have the AIX credentials used in the Devicetester defined for SSH credentials and mapped both to the IP of the server for the subnet.
