Hello all,

New to Lansweeper and Lansweeper Cloud.

I have recently started running into issues with viewing Custom Reports within our Lansweeper Site. All I see is a blank page when I try to view the results. I can however, edit the report and see the results in that small box, but I simply cannot get the custom report to load in its regular viewing screen.

Also, I can view and load Lansweeper built reports, but I have no success in loading custom reports. My reports should be printing out low volume of results i.e., <10k results. 

The URL to the report also seems to be truncated: [difference bold-ed]

It was previously working fine, no matter the count of results i.e., more or less than 10k results. I have tried different browsers, incognito mode, log out and log back in, browser refreshes etc.

Hey David, thanks for the response, I have created a case soon after creating this post. Unsure, what kind of logs would be required and how to find them within the Lansweeper Sites. Can you shed some insight on that please?
