Engaged Sweeper

I started a scan of all assets in my network, but it's stuck at "queued". The button is grayed out. There's nothing in my scan queue or activity fields either. It's just not scanning my assets. How do I troubleshoot this?

Thanks for responding. Unfortunately, since I'm on a trial version, support won't help me. 


I took a look at the error log but since I just installed the program there isn't much there and no major errors or failures throwing up red flags from what I can tell.
