Engaged Sweeper III
There seems to be a lack of information scanned from HP OfficeJet printers, even the ones with SNMP.
Is there a way I can post information of some printers and see if it's a LS or HP limitation?

We haven't heard back from you, so we assume this issue has been resolved. Printer information like manufacturer, model, toner, uptime etc. is pulled from SNMP. The most likely explanation for the problem is that Lansweeper is unable to access SNMP on the printer, either because SNMP is disabled or because your SNMP credential is incorrect.

You can test your SNMP credentials with DeviceTester.exe, found in the Program Files (x86)\Lansweeper\Actions folder on your Lansweeper server.

Could you write an email to support@lansweeper.com with the following:
- Screenshot of the asset page of an affected printer
- Output of a connection test with Program Files (x86)\Lansweeper\Actions\devicetester.exe from your Lansweeper server to the printer. Please provide the same credentials to the tool which also Lansweeper is using
