Is the Scripting File System Object required for the Lansweeper Webserver Component? Or can it be disabled via running "regsvr32 scrrun.dll /u" without impacting the webserver?

Lanweeper (service and website) does not require FileSystemObject. You only need it if you execute asset actions as many of these are using VBS scripts. You can give it a try and unregister it.
