I am at my ropes end with trying to solve this problem with Lansweeper communicating with Azure AD Joined devices.

Most of these devices are setup on our internal network or communicate back through a VPN, but I continually get an access denied error when scanning them.

When I dig a bit further I see this could be a RPC or WMI error, but my attempts to clear that up have been lackluster to say the least.

At the very least lansweeper can see the devices and pull their names and ip addresses, but that is it.

Has anyone found a resolution to this issue, if so what did yall end up doing?
