Hello,
When I try to use the "Take screenshot" command to a particular machine I get this error:
System Error. Code:3 - The system cannot find the path specified.
What can that be ?

If you're only experiencing this issue with the "Take Screenshot action", we unfortunately can't provide support for this. The Remote Screenshot executable was removed from our installer and download pages because too many anti-virus software packages were mislabeling it as a threat. Because of this we no longer develop or provide support for this tool.
We can provide you with the latest version of the tool though if you mail us directly at support@lansweeper.com, this may fix your issue. To avoid confusion, please link to this forum post if you mail us.
If you're having issues with other actions as well, we recommend trying the action in a different browser, your plugin or extension may be malfunctioning. Our knowledgebase has articles for the Lansweeper plugins, for Internet Explorer, Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox.
