Unfortunately tblUsers.Description no longer exists in the Lansweeper database, additionally, the scanning commands to retrieve this information are also no longer part of the scanning service. There's no way currently to re-add this field to the database and rescan this information without it being re-added in a Lansweeper update.
If you'd like this field to be re-added you could send in a feature request mail for this to support@lansweeper.com so we can add it to the wishlist. Though do be aware that for instance this field may have been removed for scanning performance reasons, and is not guaranteed to be re-added.

How do we get the "description field" re-added for local accounts?
Thanks,

It is no longer possible to make reports on this field.
The description field was removed when upgrading from lansweeper 4 to 5 a couple of years ago.

Hi Daniel,
Please help me understand how this helps with Lansweeper reporting the Description field for Local User accounts.

This table does not have a "Description" column. tblADusers has one. You can join tblADusers to tblAssets by linking columns "username" and "userdomain" to the corresponding fields in the other table. This allows you to report on the AD user description for logged on users.
