To help us understand what might be happening and guide you more effectively, could you please provide some additional details?
- What type of scanning are you using? (e.g., IP Range scanning, Active Directory Domain scanning, Workgroup scanning, or are you using agents?)
- What is the IP address of the one device you can see? What kind of device is it (e.g., Windows computer, network switch, printer)?
- What specific IP ranges or domains are you trying to scan? (e.g., 192.168.1.0/24, yourdomain.local)
- When did this issue start? Did anything change recently in your network environment (e.g., new firewalls, network segmentation, security software updates, Lansweeper update)?

Hello!
Have you tried using Device tester with the proper credentials to see what happens?

I have but the results are the same, I've used Lan sweeper previously and haven't experienced this issue before.

Hello,
There might be some firewall rules to adjust to allow traffic or maybe some ACLs on the switches to configure
