Engaged Sweeper II
Hello,

I have a new APC smart UPS in my infrastructure. 5000VA XLI. When lansweeper detects it, it gives me some information on battery status such as Battery Voltage.

But at the moment, the battery voltage on LanSweeper is 2183V which is very high (in France our systems runs on 220/230V).

I have done some check in the MIB and I think I have probably found the issue.
In the PowerNet MIB provided with the UPS, I founds 2 OIDs that refer to the battery voltage.

.1.3.6.1.4.1.318.1.1.1.2.2.8 : "The actual battery bus voltage in Volts."
.1.3.6.1.4.1.318.1.1.1.2.3.4 : "The actual battery bus voltage in tenths of Volts."

I think LanSweeper gets the second but think displaying the first one.
Is that the case for all UPS ? So is it possible to fix the display ?

regards,

@Support : if you need the MIB do not hesitate to contact me

We actually use the first one for ACP UPS: (only for ACP)

{"1.3.6.1.4.1.318.1.1.1.2.2.8.0", "BatteryVoltage"}
