we have a total of 6 vmware servers. 2 are able to scan without any issues, but 4 of them are giving the same error:
Scan Incomplete New scan found 0 MAC addresses, the existing record has 1. Check your SNMP and SSH connections.
i did the device tester on one that scans, and one that doesnt. same results.
all 6 have the same root passwords too.
any ideas on whats going on and how to fix this? thank you...

The most likely explanation for this issue is that the correct VMware credential is no longer mapped to the VMware server. Note that VMware servers are scanned using the Managed Object Browser. Managed Object Browser connections cannot be tested with DeviceTester.exe.
Please contact support@lansweeper.com and provide us with:
- Program Files (x86)\Lansweeper\Service\Errorlog.txt, as present on your Lansweeper server.
- Screenshots of one problem server's Lansweeper webpage. Show us the following tabs: Summary, Errors.
- Screenshot of a connection test performed to the same server using the following VMware debugger: https://www.dropbox.com/s/rjb3q6j06azmwkm/VMwareScanDebugger.7z
Perform the test on your Lansweeper server.
